With the popularization of LED UV technology in the printing industry, due to the many characteristics of LEDs, such as the service life of more than 25,000 hours, environmental protection, timely startup, energy saving, energy saving, labor cost, high efficiency, and good ink curing effect. In addition, LED UV curing can make printed products appear various color effects, high brightness, good frosting effect and many other overwhelming advantages, making LEDUV curing technology sought after by printing manufacturers. However, sometimes because the user does not pay attention to system maintenance, the LED lamp beads may not emit light.
The reason why the LED lamp bead does not work and does not emit light is because there is no power supply for the LED lamp bead, and the LED and the solder joints are in poor contact, or they even fall off completely without contact. How can an LED emit light without power supply?
Then another question comes, why does the LEDS have poor contact or fall off with the solder joints without any contact?
The main key point is the dislocation of the solder joints in a high temperature environment.
LED UV lamp beads work under long-term high temperature, or work under the high temperature critical alarm point, such problems will occur. The LED UV lamp beads and the copper substrate that have been working at the critical point of high temperature for a long time have false welding, and they contacted for a while, and then did not contact for a while, intermittently, so that the LED UV lamp bead may be on and off, or even not on.
Another willingness that cannot be ignored is the water cycle.
The long-term LED UV Curing System circulating water in the chiller is too dirty and does not meet the standards, corrodes the lamp cap and the lampshade, and causes water leakage, which causes the LED copper substrate to be damaged. All of the above conditions can cause some of the LEDS beads to not light up.
If the user does not pay attention to the sanitation of the water cycle, does not pay attention to the LED UV lamp holder to maintain the specified temperature, or forcibly close the temperature quotation system, the LED lamp holder will be easily destroyed. Even the LED UV lamp holder with the world's top material configuration can not withstand the long-term high temperature. Bake at the critical point. In order to keep the LED from soldering on the copper substrate, the internal temperature must be maintained at 23-25 degrees. The problem of not lighting the leds is not a product quality problem, but a user's use and maintenance problem.
At last,The LED UV Curing System water cooler needs to replace the cooling water (pure water, bottled water, coolant) every 2 months to ensure that the water circulation heat dissipation system is not blocked by scale and affects the heat dissipation effect of the lamp cap. Note: It is forbidden to use tap water, because tap water has heavy scale and corrosion of dirt will affect the service life of the led uv lamp holder.
